With such leading innovations as offering the first Concierge website and mobile app and winning the coveted APAC Wealth Management Leading Concierge Provider Awards, we are the benchmark that other providers aspire to (as our name suggests).

Initially developed as an loyalty services offering within International SOS, the world’s leading medical and security risk services company, the business continued to grow into a dedicated offering and standalone business that was rebranded “Aspire Lifestyles” in 2013.

In response to market demand for global capabilities, Aspire Lifestyles has continued to expand our reach through new country launches, increased digital offerings and products such as employee concierge and wellness services.

Today, Aspire Lifestyles employs 2,000 people globally, across 21 countries around the world. We have the largest directly owned-and-managed customer and employee concierge service and loyalty solution footprint in the world.

How it All Began

In 2013, International SOS announced the launch of an exciting new brand: Aspire Lifestyles, which was the highly anticipated strategic merger of several of the world’s premier loyalty, Concierge and assistance solutions providers: International SOS’s Worldwide Enhancement business, VIPdesk (USA and UK) and EMSM (Korea).
